John Dallager
Founder & President
John has 20+ years of consumer product experience and 9 years of product management experience owning end-to-end operations. He studied economics and earned an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Steven McCarthy
Founder & VP of Operations
Following the successful exit of a bio-fuel company, Steven worked as a Process Engineering Consultant for an international engineering firm. He studied Biochemistry and Biomedical Engineering and earned an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Tatiana Chamorro
Chief Marketing Officer, Shaken Beverage Co.
Originally from Nicaragua, Tatiana Chamorro is a branding expert known for transforming visions into impactful brand identities. She co-founded and sold a digital & creative agency. And in 2023 was named among the Dallas500 most influential leaders by D Magazine.
Jody Turnbow
President, Shaken Beverage Co.
With over 34 years of experience in the alcoholic beverage industry, Jody has held senior leadership roles at E&J Gallo Winery and Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, and most recently served as Executive Vice President/General Manager of Gerard Bertrand Winery’s U.S. Business, where he led the company to profitable growth.
John Terry
Chief Operating Officer, Unexpected Products
John Terry is the founder of Churchill Terry and currently serves as our Operating Officer at Unexpected Products. He is also an adjunct professor at SMU’s Cox School of Business, where he has taught entrepreneurship for over 23 years.
