Return Policy

At Toucan Cocktails, we take pride in delivering premium, ready-to-mix cocktails that ensure a top-tier drinking experience. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delayed deliveries due to carrier issues
  • Opened or consumed products

How to Request a Re-Shipment

If you’ve received an order that is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email Us Within 72 Hours of Delivery
  2. Send an email to support@toucancocktails.com with the subject line:
  3. “Re-shipment Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  4. Include the Following Details in Your Email:
    1. Full Name
    2. Order Number
    3. Photos of the issue (e.g., broken bottles, incorrect items, or packaging damage)
    4. A brief description of the problem
  5. Let Us Evaluate: Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Please note:
    • Re-shipments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
    • We may not be able to approve all re-shipment requests.
    • If approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost and provide you with a new tracking number.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer re-shipments due to delivery delays caused by the carrier once the order has left our facility.
  • Re-shipment requests received more than 72 hours after delivery may not be eligible.
  • All claims must be supported with clear photographic evidence.

Delivery Information

All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide a valid daytime address where someone 21 or older can sign for the package. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

  • No PO Boxes – We cannot ship to PO boxes. Please use a physical address.
  • Business Address Deliveries – If shipping to a business, the order will be considered successfully delivered if signed for by a representative at that location.
  • Order Processing Time – Please allow up to 1 business days for order processing. This estimate does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Availability – We currently ship within the United States only and cannot accommodate international orders at this time.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@toucancocktails.com. We may require photos of the damage to process a replacement or refund. We do not accept visibly damaged packages from the carrier.

Availability

All products are subject to availability and may sell out. Your purchase is not complete until you successfully complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email.

Purchases are limited to customers 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion. Orders cannot be transferred to another person.
